Promotions & Discounts – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions, discounts and offers made available by Cambridge Clothing Pty Ltd (ACN 613 716 635) (“Cambridge Clothing”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Part A – Application of These Terms

1. Australian Consumer Law

   All promotions and discounts are offered in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights or remedies available under the ACL.

2. Updates to These Terms

   We may update or amend these Promotions and Discounts Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website and will apply at the time a promotion or discount is offered or redeemed.

3. Relationship to Other Terms

   These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any other applicable terms, conditions or policies published on www.cambridgeclothing.com, including our general website terms, delivery, returns and privacy policies.

4. Scope

   These Terms govern all promotional activity offered by Cambridge Clothing, including but not limited to:

   • percentage-off promotions
   • red ticket or markdown offers
   • multi-buy and bundle offers
   • coupon or promotional codes
   • limited-time and seasonal promotions
     
     
     

Part B – Definitions and General Promotion Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• online means the Cambridge Clothing website at www.cambridgeclothing.com

• premium stores means Cambridge branded free‑standing retail stores

• department stores means Myer and David Jones physical stores where Cambridge products are sold

• department online stores means Myer online (www.myer.com.au) and David Jones online (www.davidjones.com)

• markdown refers to Cambridge Clothing products that are permanently reduced in price.

  • In-store markdowns may be identified by red ticket pricing
  • Online markdowns are indicated by an original price shown with a strikethrough and a reduced price displayed

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• promotions and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount
• promotions and discounts are non-transferable
• promotions and discounts are not redeemable for cash, credit or gift cards
• promotions apply only to available stock while supplies last
  
  

Part C – Specific Promotional Terms

1. Promotion-Specific Conditions

   Individual promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion (for example in marketing material, emails, on-site messaging or at point of sale).

2. Availability and Exclusions

   Promotions may:

   • apply to selected styles, categories or collections only
   • exclude new arrivals, limited editions or specific product ranges
   • be available for a limited time or until stock is exhausted

3. Channels

   Unless expressly stated, promotions offered online may not be available in premium stores, department stores or department online stores, and vice versa.

4. Right to Withdraw or Vary Promotions

   To the extent permitted by law, Cambridge Clothing reserves the right to:

   • withdraw a promotion at any time
   • amend promotional mechanics, eligibility or duration
   • correct any errors or omissions (including pricing or promotional messaging)
     
     
     

Part D – Errors and Misuse

If a promotion or discount is applied incorrectly due to a system error, technical issue or misuse, we reserve the right to:

• cancel or amend the affected order, or
• remove the incorrectly applied discount,
  provided this is done in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
